   Account Development Manager Job Responsibilities:

  Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.  

Relocation available.  

Account Development Manager Job Duties:  

Technical:   Must have solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, cloud enabled BI and data visualization solutions, Data engineering solutions leveraging intelligent data lake architecture and innovative Big Data technologies, and Data Science including implementations of business solutions using predictive, prescriptive and real-time Machine Learning algorithms. Comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare regulations and programs focused primarily on providing government-sponsored managed care services to families, children, seniors and individuals primarily through Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans Strong knowledge of RPA software and how it is used to collect large volumes and varieties of information on customers and their buying preferences, as well as generating data on business operations.    Sales:   Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities. Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments. Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services. Develops new applications by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering. Close sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts. Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
