Role: ServiceNow Admin/ Developer (Certified either admin or developer) Work Location: Dearborn, MI Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension) Rate : DOB 7+ years of overall experience in IT industry with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience Primary Skills: Hands on and in-depth experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog), and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) or ITBM (Demand Management, PPM Suite, Vendor Management, Resource Management). Good implementation knowledge of Scripting, Angular JS/Bootstrap framework Well versed in working with Onsite-offshore model Quick learner for forthcoming ServiceNow features/modules Secondary Skills: Performance Analytics to build reports and dashboards, HR ITOM (Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management and Release Automation) ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer) will be nice to have Expertise in advanced ITSM (Customer Service, Security Operations, Vulnerability response) areas Optional Skills: Required to convert business requirements into user stories and to ensure implementation of these functionalities on ServiceNow platform.
